Registered Hong Kong Limited Liability Company Procedure
1. Please fill out the application form to set up a limited company form
2. Email the following information to infocloudsec01@gmail.com or whatsapp to (852) 5793 0693 - ID card/passport for all directors and proof of address within three months (scan or photo) - Identity card/passport for all shareholders and proof of address within three months (scan or photo)
3. The company will prepare a full set of documents, customers need to visit the company to sign the establishment documents and payment (can be cash or cheque, bank transfer)
4. It takes about five working days to set up a company (just one working day in an express)
5. After the company is established, we arrange the production of green boxes and seals.
6. A full set of documents can be sent after about 1-2 working days, or the customer can pick up the documents in person.
